This store is operated by Little Unicorn, LLC. Updonewi™ is the customer-facing baby lifestyle brand used for our product collection, store design, and shopping experience.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item should be:

🤍 Returned with original packaging and tags, if included
🤍 Supported by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

For baby and nursery products, we kindly ask that returned items remain clean, unused, and suitable for inspection.

📦 Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, return shipping guidance.

Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. 🍼

We may request clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when applicable.


Items That May Not Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, and order policy reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

🚫 Items missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

Exchanges

For a smoother experience, exchanges are handled by returning the original item first and placing a new order for the replacement item.

This helps ensure the new product, color, size, or style is available and can be processed more quickly.


EU Customer Return Notice

For eligible orders delivered within the European Union, customers may request cancellation or return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging and proof of purchase.

This does not limit the standard 30-day return window offered by Updonewi™ where applicable.


Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved:
