🚚 Shipping Fee: Flat-rate shipping of $6.99 per order

International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, orders may be shipped under DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders soon after checkout to help ship them as quickly as possible.
If you need to update or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase:
Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your baby essentials should arrive in lovely condition. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. 🤍
🧺 Damaged Item:
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and may arrange a replacement when applicable.
📦 Lost Package:
If the shipping carrier confirms the package is lost, we will help arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
